Communications Consent

This page explains how people can choose to receive SMS communications from SYMTERA. SMS consent is optional and separate from account creation, purchases and use of the core service.

What someone may opt in to receive

Depending on the feature selected, SMS may include service notifications, requested reminders, security or account notices, or messages explicitly initiated or authorised by the customer. Marketing messages are not sent unless a separate express marketing opt-in has been given.

SYMTERA does not sell, rent, transfer or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Opting out

A recipient can withdraw consent at any time using the opt-out method provided with the messaging feature, including replying STOP where supported. HELP can be used for assistance where supported, or contact hello@symtera.com.au.

Privacy

Messaging consent is treated as a direct permission between the recipient and SYMTERA for the purpose described at opt-in. See the Privacy Policy and Terms.
