Privacy Policy
Effective 27 August 2026
SYMTERA is an Australian technology business. This policy explains how SYMTERA handles information provided through its websites, Ondris and approved communications features.
Information we may collect
Depending on the service used, we may collect account details, contact information, content a person chooses to provide, service and device information, support communications, and records needed to operate authorised messaging or voice features.
How information is used
We use information to provide and secure SYMTERA services, operate Ondris, respond to support requests, maintain continuity where a service supports it, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and deliver communications a person has requested or authorised.
Messaging and SMS consent
SMS consent is optional and is not required as a condition of creating an account, buying a subscription or accessing the core service. A person may withdraw consent using the opt-out instructions provided with the messaging service, including replying STOP where supported.
Service providers
SYMTERA may use service providers to operate hosting, payments, communications, security and AI functionality. Providers process information only as needed to deliver the relevant service on SYMTERA's behalf and subject to applicable contractual and security controls. This does not permit those providers to use SMS opt-in data or consent for their own marketing.
Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, legal or operational purpose for which it was collected. We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Your choices
People can choose whether to use optional connected services, whether to grant browser permissions such as location, and whether to opt in to communications. Requests about access, correction or deletion can be sent to hello@symtera.com.au.
Changes
We may update this policy as SYMTERA services change. The current version will remain publicly available on this website.
